This category recognises schools that are aspiring children and young people to develop an understanding of the different career pathways and opportunities open to them.

All schools have done a fantastic job of supporting pupils throughout the pandemic. This award is given to the school that has excelled in supporting the mental health, wellbeing and resilience of their school community, using Resilient Moves and looking at systems change. They have worked co-productively with pupils, parents and carers as well as staff to solve problems and ensure that wellbeing for all is at the heart of their decision making.’
